We all run into problems at one time or another. Seeing as product management is a complex practice, being a PM means you’re likely to hit one sooner rather than later.
Over the past few years I’ve helped many, from those struggling to land the first interview and break into product, to CPOs struggling with reorganising their groups. This is my way of paying-it-forward, of helping other and building a vibrant Product community. As I mentioned in my end-of-year reflections post, this is the part I am most proud of and enjoy.
If at any point during this coming year you hit a road block, whether it’s struggling with mental overload or tackling a specific complex issue, reach out. There’s no charge (I get as much value out of these talks!), we’ll just chat and help you think through and get some tools to handle whatever it is you’re struggling with.
In the meanwhile, I plan to keep blogging here about dealing with the complexities of product management, from meta-themes and thinking frameworks to people leadership, and about responsible AI and a better future. If there’s anything in particular you’d like me to cover, leave a comment.
May we all have a better year :-)
